Brand Refresh Provides a Modern New Look
Rebranding efforts for Heritage Valley Federal Credit Union began with a strategic evaluation of the organization’s overall brand. Visually, updates to the brand included a refreshed logo design. Visual changes brought consistency to the organization’s history but provided a fresh new look upon which to build the brand.
To align with visual changes, GRIT also worked with HVFCU to define the brand personality, including creation of the “Effortless Banking” tagline. To support HVFCU during the rebranding and subsequent launch of that new brand, GRIT developed brand strategy recommendations, including marketing and public relations initiatives to promote the new brand during and after the reveal.
After finalizing the brand and planned rollout strategy, GRIT delivered comprehensive execution support, creating signage, membership materials and advertising assets including billboard, radio and print materials. Prior to external rollout, GRIT also provided educational support for internal staff, supporting leadership in positioning the importance of a consistent and impactful brand voice across the organization.
