New eCommerce Website Developed to Optimize the Online Sales Experience
GRIT partnered with Dutch Gold Honey on a website redesign to transform both the front and back-end of the site, improving the user experience and providing the Dutch Gold team with more control over their online revenue streams at both the retail and wholesale levels. The resulting site ensured Dutch Gold was Payment Card Industry compliant and delivered an improved, optimized consumer experience, including a mobile-responsive design the previous site lacked. It also gave Dutch Gold control to manage their ordering process more seamlessly and provided shipping automation, configurable product capabilities and seamless reporting previously unavailable. The new site generates and tracks significant sales across both the wholesale and retail sectors and delivers an average retail conversion rate of two to three percent.
