A Website Redesign with Multiple Audiences in Mind

Brubacher, an earthwork underground utilities and paving site contractor located in Bowmansville, PA was seeking a new website that showcased a clear and meaningful picture of the brand and the company’s full breadth of capabilities, while delivering strategic user experiences for the company’s diverse audience sectors: clients and prospects, subcontractor partners, potential employees and current team members. The goal was to create a clear and balanced site structure that provided well-planned paths for members of each audience to navigate to and through the information most meaningful to their needs, guiding them to customized call to action and engagement points within each journey.

GRIT supported the Brubacher team from initial planning through launch (including comprehensive copywriting and visual asset selection/video production), to create a public site and password-protected team portal with a customized navigation that can be seamlessly managed through a central, easy-to-use site admin panel. The external-facing site balances delivery of information to clients and prospects (shining a spotlight on Brubacher’s deep industry experience) as well as to potential employees (showcasing the Brubacher culture and what makes the employee experience “Uncommonly Refreshing”). The internal site provides a central hub for important team documents, resources, safety insights and company news.
