Visually Engaging, Digital Collateral Supports Business Development Efforts
AllSearch Recruiting, a national firm with a specialized focus on recruiting and talent placement across a range of highly specialized industries, engaged GRIT for support to create a digitally focused suite of collateral for their client audience that could be used by both their business development teams and their recruiters. The intent was to produce a primary brand piece showcasing the full scope of the firm’s services and the value they deliver to partners with a complementary suite of industry-specific packages digging deeper into core practice areas: HVAC, building and construction, manufacturing, and plastics. All pieces were meant to be optimized for digital distribution and consumption.
To inform content creation, GRIT conducted interviews with leadership and business development team members as well as their division specialists with the goal of capturing key brand story insights, points of differentiation, value propositions, and important messaging variations related to each of the core practice areas. Based on these informative discussions, GRIT set to work on content planning and development that would showcase AllSearch’s range of capabilities, unmatched expertise, cutting-edge tools and technology, and the important competitive advantage created by team specialization.
Bringing the content to life visually was led with a focus on digital-first consumption goals. Considerations including font size and organization of content for digital viewing, bold calls to action, integrated links to the AllSearch website and related blogs and resources, and imagery that highlights the company’s specific areas of specialization were all factors in creating the pieces. The final suite can be used to help educate prospective clients, boost brand awareness, and support ongoing business development and marketing efforts now and into the future.
