Building Awareness and Engagement for 'Target Safety'
At Yoe Construction, safety is a core value and a deeply rooted aspect of the company culture. As part of a strategic approach to proactively building awareness and engagement among both internal and external audiences, Yoe partnered with GRIT to develop a visual safety sub-brand and complementary messaging platform defining the approach to “Target Safety.” Collaboration started with a working session where GRIT had the opportunity to hear the Safety Director’s vision for the effort and their priorities in messaging and delivery. From there, GRIT set work creating visual concepts for the logo that complimented the overarching company brand and crafted messaging defining the key tenants. Once finalized, GRIT offered support for creation of related collateral pieces, including team pledge forms, hard hat stickers, signage, website and social features, and more.
