Penntex Construction – Women in Construction Video

In honor of Women’s History Month and Women in Construction Week (both observed in March), the Penntex team partnered with GRIT to create a video highlighting several of the dynamic women who are making an impact every day at Penntex Construction.

The goal was to produce an authentic video that provided an opportunity for those featured to offer their thoughts on working in the construction industry, their personal connections to the Penntex promise of Building Better, and to share advice they would give to someone considering a career in construction. To create efficiencies and maximize available resources on the Penntex team to capture the video, GRIT provided questions and direction to help guide filming. The Penntex team filmed multiple interviews and provided footage to GRIT, who executed final edits to bring the story together and overlay the brand.

The final Penntex women in construction video, which received great feedback among both internal and external Penntex audiences, was shared on the company website, within company newsletters and on Penntex’s social channels.
