Listrak – Client Welcome Mailer
Creative Welcome Campaign for New Customers Helps Reinforce Brand
GRIT worked with Listrak to develop direct mail collateral to welcome new customers. GRIT researched, concepted and presented five unique mailer ideas based on the tagline, “You’re part of the family…WELCOME!” The final mailer, which was sent to all new customers, was a leather photo cube debossed with the Listrak logo. Each cube was assembled with fun captions and photos of the Listrak team members the new customer would be working with. The cubes were filled with candy and arrived to clients in a custom designed and printed box with a welcome message card.
