Introducing a New Rewards Program with Bank Happier
Heritage Valley Federal Credit Union tasked GRIT with developing a campaign to launch their new rewards program, which included special offers and discounts to local merchants when using a Heritage Valley debit or credit card. The goal of the campaign was to increase debit and credit card usage as well as promote the bank’s image as a true community partner that is helping to promote and drive business to its fellow local business partners.
Heritage Valley FCU wanted a campaign that would be memorable, short and simple as well as easily used in all formats including traditional and nontraditional media (i.e. social media).
GRIT created the “Bank Happy” campaign to tie into the look and feel of their new brand and tagline Effortless Banking. “Bank Happy,” in both the visual and messaging outlining the added benefit of receiving rewards, was meant to leave a positive impression on its audiences of the campaign and the brand as a whole.
