Support With a New Brand Identity
Aldersgate United Methodist Church partnered with GRIT to conduct a complete brand assessment as the organization transitioned to new leadership that evaluated the core brand messaging and visuals of the organization. To complete this report, GRIT reviewed existing research including the “Growing Effective Churches” report, distributed a stakeholder brand awareness survey; conducted key stakeholder interviews; completed a comprehensive competitive analysis; and performed a communications audit of communication pieces.
The new Aldersgate brand is a slightly abstract and modern approach to the journey an individual takes with God. The bold cross is the focal point and the sunrise references renewal and five rays to denote the church’s core values.
