Yoe Construction – Rebrand

Yoe Industrial Services approached GRIT for help on a strategic rebranding effort focused on better aligning the brand with the company’s comprehensive commercial and industrial design-build construction services. Since Yoe’s founding over 40 years ago, the company’s services have grown from a foundation in concrete construction to a turnkey approach to service delivery encompassing in-house construction, steel, concrete and excavation capabilities.

GRIT worked with Yoe to reposition the brand from the ground up, supporting the creation of an evolved company mission, vision and values through selecting a name and tagline, creating the visual identity, mapping out the brand story and supporting a strategic internal and external launch. The new Yoe Construction brand focuses on the company’s commitment to building with integrity and their focus on creating lasting relationships to best serve their clients and partners. It was an honor to work beside the amazing team at Yoe and help create a brand that captures the great work they do and the great people who make up their team.
