Penntex Construction – Overview Video

The GRIT team had the opportunity to partner with Penntex Construction to create an overview video that highlights the many ways the team delivers on the company’s Building Better promise. Crafting an authentic piece meant weaving together a story that reflected the company culture, deep and diverse team expertise, the ways Penntex creates value and positive experiences for owner partners and the gratitude the team holds for being part of an industry that shapes and builds communities.

From concepting the direction for the piece to leading the interview to capture the priority soundbites and weaving those into the final narrative, GRIT helped shape the video story from start to finish. Production execution included facilitating a shoot across three selected locations, providing on-site art direction and pre- and post-production coordination. Once completed, GRIT helped Penntex unveil the final video on the company website, LinkedIn channel and within internal and external e-newsletters in conjunction with a celebration of the team, clients, partners and the industry as a whole during Construction Appreciation Week.
