When York Catholic Middle & High School sought to add a new layer of connection to its admissions inquiry process, the goal was simple but important: ensure that prospective families received timely, meaningful communication, brand content, and stories immediately after expressing interest to build deeper personal connections.
GRIT partnered with York Catholic to develop a three-part automated admissions email series designed to nurture interest, reinforce the school’s value, and guide families toward next steps.
The series includes:
• An immediate confirmation email triggered upon form submissions from designated admissions pages across YC’s website and the school’s digital outreach efforts
• A timed follow-up message highlighting key aspects of the YC experience, and including a personal note from the School President
• A third touchpoint encouraging deeper engagement and continued exploration
Each message was carefully structured to balance warmth and clarity, reflecting York Catholic’s welcoming community while reinforcing its academic strengths, student life opportunities, and faith-centered foundation. The series was created to support Admissions staff by answering common questions, building trust from the moment of initial inquiry, and complementing the team’s personalized outreach to families.
