Digital Marketing Director
As Digital Marketing Director, Kevin leads GRIT’s digital marketing initiatives including SEO, paid search, website analytics, email marketing and social media.
Prior to joining the GRIT team, Kevin was Director of Digital Strategy at Synapse Marketing in Lancaster where he provided strategic planning, campaign direction and online initiatives. He also contributed to the development of internal technologies, networks and strategy including website design and SEO.
Kevin holds certifications from Google in Analytics and AdWords. He is also Computing Technology Industry Association (CompTIA) certified in business IT hardware, software technologies and networking. He is also a Certified Lay Minister with the United Methodist Church and is the Pastor at Bird-In-Hand UMC, in Bird-In-Hand, Pennsylvania.
What most excites you about your work and the contribution you can make?
Watching a new or rebuilt website come to life as the result of hard work and properly executed digital strategy.
What are you most passionate about professionally?
Doing work well. It isn’t enough that it’s done, it’s enough when I’m satisfied with the results.
What do you do outside of work? What are you known for? What do you love?
I’m a part-time church pastor in the Lancaster area. Besides that, I’m known as a pretty solid musician on stringed instruments. In particular, bass (upright & electric) and cello. And I’m a massive geek because I love all things geek related.
