I do. Me too. at Gallery Hall

What a beautiful weekend it was for the
I do. Me too. Indie Wedding Show & Marketplace

There was so much to love at Gallery Hall on February’s First Friday weekend!

A First Friday Champagne & Cupcake Kick-off Reception, Susquehanna Style’s Style Scene, an Indie-styled wedding show, York County local vendors and businesses, beautiful decor (and so much more!)… all in our very own downtown York event space, Gallery Hall at Marketview Arts!

If you’ve been to Gallery Hall before, then you already know it’s a historic treasure with elegant detail in our very own downtown community. If you haven’t been to Gallery Hall… then you’re about to see what you’ve been missing! Before we show you the good stuff, a huge shout out and thank you goes to Lovely Lane Events for coordinating this new kind of wedding show in York, PA, showcasing local vendors and all they have to offer future brides! Lovely Lane Events gals… I do. Me too. left a remarkable first impression-great job!

A look at the First Friday Champagne & Cupcake Kick-off Reception…

indexA sneak peek into the theme for I do. Me too. Indie Wedding Show & Marketplace! This event kicked off on First Friday night with a Champagne and Cupcake Reception in Gallery Hall.  The atmosphere was elegant and charming with beautiful touches of lace, flowers and a bridal gown display… just a taste of what was to be featured at Sunday’s wedding show.  Guests also enjoyed champagne, cupcakes, music and art.   (More photos below!)

The debut of the I do. Me too. Indie Wedding Show & Marketplace…

2 The I do. Me too. Indie Wedding Show and Marketplace made its debut Sunday at noon.

Excitement and anticipation mounted as a trail of anxious brides waited to enter Gallery Hall. Finally, doors opened and brides were greeted by the aroma of a chocolate fountain, chic, vintage furniture, beautiful floral arrangements and decor, the latest in bridal couture and a marketplace where they could purchase one-of-a-kind products.

Local York County vendors and businesses filled Gallery Hall and gave brides one-on-one attention.  This event did a great job showcasing a variety of products and services our community has to offer! Raffles and prizes were given away throughout the event leading up to a couture fashion show featuring the latest in spring wedding trends.

The I do. Me too. Indie Wedding Show and Marketplace was designed to be a unique event that takes the idea of a traditional wedding show and redefines it. Local designers and artists were showcased to allow small businesses in our area to shine!  Plans for the next I do. Me too. event are already underway for Fall 2014.

These photos are only a glimpse of that weekend; it was really one of those you-just-had-to-be-there kind of events! Hope to see you next time! Interested in hosting your next event at Gallery Hall? Contact Mosaics by Moxie Event Coordinator Erin Stauffer at (717) 885-0014 or email [email protected]
